Customs brokerage
Customs is where a shipment can sit for days for reasons nobody explains. Usually it is a missing document, a wrong code or a question nobody answered in time. Our brokers make sure those questions are answered before the cargo arrives.
Haulmark has employed licensed customs brokers since 2015. They file entries before vessels and flights land, keep a product library of your tariff classifications, and handle the questions from customs officers directly.
Because brokerage, freight and warehousing sit in one company, clearance is planned into the shipment rather than added at the end.
